101 Building Supply will always offer and supply the products we are proud of – our products must be of the best quality and value. We strive to maintain optimal selections for our customers’ shopping enjoyment. We always inspect the products before we ship them to our valued customers.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchases from 101 Building Supply, LLC, you can simply return or exchange it within 30 days from the day of purchase, in the original packaging. However, customers must notify 101 Building Supply, LLC with written (via e-mail is ok!) notification. 101 Building Supply reserves the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on approved returns; the returned purchase(s) must be in original packaging and resalable condition. 101 Building Supply will inspect and determine the worthy credit of the returns; appropriate deduction of the purchasing cost will be made if deemed necessary.
Accepted returns will be issued refund as credit via original purchasing method, less shipping costs; shipping cost will be charged for accepted exchanges for the new item(s) to be sent. If the customer received defective product(s) due to manufacturing, purchase price and shipping cost will be reimbursed in full.
Even though 101 Building Supply meticulously packages all shipments, damage can occur during transit. It is purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the purchase upon receipt. 101 Building Supply, LLC must be informed of any damage due to transit within 72 hours.
101 Building Supply LLC does not offer any warranty for its merchandise. However, most of the merchandise comed with manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us or the manufacturer for further information.
